Jim and Barb Van Heel use their experience traveling and staying in rentals around the world to create their ideal retreat. Both originally from the Twin Cities area, Jim and Barb are heavily invested in the community around them.

Professionally, Jim is a remodeling contractor with decades of experience. His craftsmanship is evident in every centimeter of the Cozy Retreat.

Jim and Barb have six children and nine grandchildren. Professionally, Barb is a bookkeeper and keeps Jim’s ambitious ideas centered in feasibility. She’s also his 1-person IT department!
